Frodo realized that the only way of stopping this new Galadriel was to take away, what filled her heart with darkness. He knew, that he had no choice but not to resist the greedy lips of the elven queen, while letting the lady Galadriel swallow him. Only then he might retrieve the ring.

Isn't that filling, such a small ring, though given how small hobbits are, he probably isn't filling either.

Eating a dragon might actually be stop the hunger that the ring caused here. You see, since dragons are said to have destroyed dwarven rings, couldnt they possible destroy the one ring from within her, thus freeing her from the hunger?

possible, but unlikely since the one ring was basically only able to be destroyed by mount doom, though even if the ring were to be destroyed, the hunger might linger and remain.
