The harmless appearance of the Ziplellian Lizard hides an unmatched predator. Despite its diminutive size of only one meter from head to tail, its body can expand to swallow prey fifty times its size in one gulp. Hundreds of travelers are digested by Ziplellian Lizards every year.

Scientists are baffled by the tongues of Ziplellian Lizards. At full length, they can grab prey from over 100 yards away. Any attempts to study their biology have resulted in the consumption of the researchers, though, so it will likely forever remain a mystery.
