The Girl felt a bead of sweat run down her forehead slowly before struggling against the ropes briefly.

Nothing... She could almost feel the tightness of the bonds cutting off blood towards her extremities. She swallowed softly and glanced around at the empty chairs around her. They all held people at some point; trapped like her but one by one, they were taken away...

Now, she was alone.

She prayed. She wasn't really superstitious or religious, but she prayed. She didn't want That to happen to her. It made her sick. She would've thrown up if anything was in her stomach.

Tap.

Tap.

Tap.

The Girl paled a the approaching sound. No... no, please... She thought desperately before the door in front of her slowly creaked open and the Woman walked inside. She walked slowly, her head and arms twitching softly to some unheard rhythm. The knife in her hand glinted softly from the single bulb that illuminated the room. She had a soft frown on her face that twisted into a happy grin when she saw the Girl. She remained standing in place for a few seconds, stroking her grotesque, scarred belly softly before taking a step inside the room and shutting the door.

"O-oh, good! You're okay! I'm... I'm so happy..."

"Mmmf!"

"Ah..." The Woman inched forward slowly and carefully peeled the tape away from her mouth.

"...P-Please... let me go..."

The Woman frowned softly before tilting her head, "Go...?" She raised her knife softly before using the tip to gently srcape at her neck, "Go... where?"

"H-Home...?"

The Woman let out a sharp bark of laughter, "HA!! This is your home!!!"

A muffled scream echoed out from the Woman's belly, before sharp movement began to shift around inside. The Girl screamed in horror before the Woman punched her own stomach ferociously and shrieked, "QUIET!!! YOU'RE SCARING YOUR SISTER!!!"

The movement died down slowly and the Woman gently reached for the Girl's face, "Oh... oh, sweetie... D-did your brothers and sisters scare you? D-Don't worry... Mama's just keeping them close..." She paused softly rubbing the flat side of the knife against her belly, "...Mama wants you to be close too..."

"I'm... I'm not... please..."

"Yes..." The Woman nodded, reaching forward and forcing a huge on the Girl. The Girl could only whimper softly in disgust. The Woman stank of sweat, smoke and alcohol. Her skin was warm, cold and clammy all at the same time and her stomach... her stomach felt so disgusting. She could feel the veins pumping away slowly on the surface. The prominent ridges where she cut herself open to shove those poor people inside...

"P-Please... I'm... I'm not your d-daughter..."

"YES YOU ARE!!!" The Woman roared right into the Girl's ear, before plunging the knife into the Girl's belly.

The Girl blinked. The steel was like ice. There was no pain. Then she felt the knife slip out and warmth began gushing out of her belly, "A-Ah... Ahhh..."

"Oh..." The Woman blinked and tilted her head awkwardly, "You're... hurt..."

"A-Ah... oh... Oh god..."

"Oh... The Woman awkwardly wrapped her hands around the girl in a sad embrace, "M-Mommy's sorry... She just got mad... So sorry..."

"H-Help me... I'm... Oh god..."

"Help..." The Woman mused softly before her grin reappeared, "Of course..."

The Woman carefully positioned the tip of her blade against her own stomach before driving it through the skin. She let out a small grunt of pain before pulling the blade, carefully splitting the skin with a deep gush of blood; a wide gash that created a dark hole.

"N-No... No, please..."

The Woman dropped the blade casually before grabbing the Girl and pulling her towards the open wound, "You... will stay inside m-mommy... until you're all good and better, okay?"

"No... No..." The Girl tried to push away but her arms felt weak and cold. She felt her head being forced, shoved into the damp, flowing wound. The stench of blood made her head spin. She could feel the weak movement of the others inside, around her. She felt herself being pushed deep and deeper until she was squahed against the many bodies inside. She twisted her head around towards the wound; the faint glimmer of light of the outside world and she could see the Woman staring back inside at her. She was holding a needle in thread in her hands as she carefully began to sew herself back up, cutting off the slowly with each stitch.

"Don't worry... You'll... You'll be safe with mommy... forever and ever..."

The Girl could only sob softly as the light was cut off and she was left alone in her own mind, in the damp darkness.

This is probably one of the most nasty stories I've written. I'm very pleased with it.
