it was a typical day at the grocery store. Until it wasn’t. Marcella the retail manager was manning the counter, as the usual counter employee was on break.
She tapped her fingers on the table as the minutes went by. A couple people came by and bought some items, nothing special happened. They paid they thanked her and left.

Then came in a woman. Marcella cocked an eyebrow at her due to her strange choice of clothing.
She wore what could only be described as the robes of a Greek goddess. The robes did not leave much for the imagination. She seemed to have an ego so powerful that she radiated a godly glow and seemingly levitated off the ground.
Marcella recognised that hair cut. “a Karen.” she thought to herself.

The woman floated towards the naga with the most obnoxious smug face imaginable.
“Hear me, peasants, for your GODDESS has arrived! I demand a refund for an item which I do not have the receipt for.”

Marcella put her hands together and thought to herself “The audacity of this bitch…”
this would prove to be the last time this so called “goddess” would mistreat and antagonize retail workers.
