She's Dr. Claire, a woman who turns into a werewolf (like in this pic) when she's too stressed and hungry. This patient had the bad luck to find her in this form, so now they're serving her as food. Once they're gone, she'll get back to her human form, and she won't remember anything that had happened while her wolf personality was the one in control.
