A new OC, probably the first in a series of characters to inhabit this setting.
Lavinia is the mayor of a city inhabited by various kinds of monster-people, and she abuses her power to hell and back. Unfortunately for her constituents, her power over the city is extremely tight, especially due to her alliance with local organized crime.
