Oh, you should go for feral stuff more often. The snake piece was one of my favorites, and this is great too. :>

The bulges of individual bones almost look like her intestines bulging out. I love how the skull looks like it has the same expression as the previous image. It's almost as if her prey is still in shock that it's been eaten, even as it approaches her other end.

Those bones are indeed travelling through her intestines at this point, it's a slow process so the prey has plenty of time to reflect on their life choice :)
