As Robin has sex with Val and his body adapts to being her "girlfriend", his chest puffs out resembling small breasts. The altering of his body combined with Robin's frequent teasing of the area has caused Val's nipples to become quite sensitive, much to Robin's delight~

I plan to dig more into this scenario, getting a more fleshed out sequence and also showing Robin more in frame, but I wanted to go ahead and get this out there. Plus, Puptini did lovely work~
