I can't say we have, but to be honest, there's only so many times you can describe someone going down a dick before it gets a little samey.

Here are my two cents about this, but there is always the possibility of the shota having to deal with the occupants in his nuts and/or like was it said at the end, having to explain what happen to his family.
Because, from what was implied, looks like is not the first time this happen to him and at least one of those schoolgirls at the start had to know to plan this encounter, could it be that was part of the first time of the shota and he does not recognize her or was unable to do so when it started (in this story).
