You would be correct. I use it a lot for models that have unique skin colors.

Oh yeah, this is one of the outcomes from that sidequest in KOTOR where the Twi'lek dancer asks you to help her show she can dance with a partner in that bar on Taris.

It was a different time. RPGs like that didn't spell everything out for you. It rewarded trying different things though, even if something like 99% of players never experienced it.
