From his days as a mortal, Vlad holds a shamanistic power to channel the power and energy of Gods, including those of his parentage. Granted it is only a portion of the power, but its enough to take on their traits.

When Vlad channels Night, his form becomes more like that of his mother. He doesn't quite have her breasts, but he certainly has her appetite!

A trait of his own that no doubt plays well in getting meals, is his ability to swoon men to adore him, to desire his attention. Even those that aren't into men cannot help but desire to appease this feminine man mommy.

And of course, Vlad is all too willing to give them his attention, with a belch in the face, snacking on whatever sweets and such they give him, and even a quick trip down into his belly!
