In my world there are zones where technology is the main focus (like today), and in others were magic is the main focus...
Amatist loves to travel around the world and to mostly stay where magic and adventurers are very common.
So she sometimes meets adventurers that want to take her down... Many people tried, and failed... and Amatist is fine with that, now she doesn't needs to search for food... the meals come at her!

More like a neutral monster, if you attack her you better have a high level, or just avoid her since she is a girl that likes to take her time moving and hunting

She would let you make her company, but be careful, you need to get close to her when she isn't hungry
