If you listen closely you can hear the muffled sounds of some animal inside Mieko's gut. In fact, there may be more than one. There seems to be an awful lot of movement and her stomach looks significantly larger than usual. If only you could take a look inside...
I have always admired the internal pieces from lovely artists like yerbabuena and
asaneman. There's something significantly better about seeing the actual organs processing the prey, and I love a good gut and some gurgling intestines.
Also, took a little inspiration from THIS PIECE. It was the straw that broke my back (for the better). Really motivated me to give this internal a shot.
