No, the Genie Witch swallowed the Combat Witch, stored her in her belly, and is summoning her as a "genie". It's all in the Genie Witch's bio.

Well, I'd imagine she used another genie to subdue the Combat Witch. But then we'd have to know how she got that genie and it just becomes an endless cycle.

I mean I assume it started with her devouring some regular person and using them to capture someone a little stronger over and over.

Or she just got the Drop on some witch that didn't see it coming.

Could also just come up with a Canonical first victim, that's like her base Genie if she has no one else.

LOL. Yes, in this instance I suppose it didn't do her much good. But the Combat Witch is very skilled.
