Hey guys, so this is a picture Cookie came up with, since she's a fan of plant vore, and we're in a gaming mood lately (we're on the tail end of completing Kirby Super Star today, probably for the dozenth time in my life). We really tried to have Cookie take control of my arm while drawing and use her own style, while I paid more attention to the movies we had on (we decided to binge the original Spider-Man trilogy and bake a pizza, to make it a fun weekend), though it didn't seem to work a whole lot. She doesn't seem to be able to do that... yet. It did kind of have her own style, until I touched it up with final line work today, now it looks more like my usual style. Actually, Cookie was thinking about writing here instead of me, but she's feeling shy today.

Originally we had a four-panel comic in mind, having Cookie climbing into a pipe in World 1-2 of SMB, declaring she needs coins for an extra life to survive (apparently bad at the game!), but then is gobbled up by the Piranha Plant instead, saying "I guess this is my game over!" from a green bulge in the final panel. But I was so tired by the time we got started, it was better to condense it down to a single pic. Actually, I had to lay down for a "nap" between colouring and final lines, and woke up about nine hours later - part of the reason Cookie's style wasn't retained. Ah, but I like how this looks.

Anyway, screw the fact it's Monday, we're finishing our weekend plans! Gonna finish Kirby Super Star, and then we have some leftover pizza and most of "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" to watch still - our meals and drawing time outlasted the first three movies, so we put the "Amazing" ones on next. I'll probably doodle something during that, so maybe there'll be another pic later today. Hope you guys had a good weekend, and have a decent week!
