The fate of the continent of Vainqueur rests on Princess Eruca and a difficult choice she must make. But even more difficult for the princess is the fact that the person involved in that choice is her beloved brother... only he doesn’t remember he is her brother. Eruca must find a way to tell her companion, Stocke, the truth about his past as well as the role in plays in her destiny and the destiny of the whole world!

The only thing that stands in her way is a very, very jealous, short, feist satyros girl named Aht. And her adamant refusal to allow Eruca to keep Stocke away from her. In fact, Aht is more than happy to make sure no one, not even the princess who must save the world, ever gets between her and Stocke again. Even if that means turning a princess into a meal....
