Skulltopus, the Skull Octopus pokemon.

Skulltopus is the evolved form of Octillery. Skulltopus are often found in toxic locations such as polluted lakes, ponds and parts of oceans. Skulltopus do not like humans and will drag anyone not careful enough to avoid it to the bottom of the sea.
