With full control over her crust parts, she can manipulate them like a constructable exoskeleton, mainly into various clothes to hold herself together. When she gets tired or needs to rest, she simply relaxes, allowing her crust clothes to unwind into what you see now. While still retaining some of her humanoid shape, she loses most definition once her body relaxes.
