A very large red clown, Rudy used to be a normal person much like Jessie, who he had known before and had brought into his family since she had no one else to go to, so Jessie and Rudy became siblings in a rather strange way.
He's always been one to keep a look out for Jessie incase she got in a trouble.
All it took was one day of him not knowing where she went and she ended up meeting a large lanky ring master named Zlatko who promised her that she wouldn't have to abide by the laws or rules anymore, and could do whatever the hell she ever wanted if she just joined up with him.
She would inform Rudy of this, and rightfully so the taller one of the two would make sure she wouldn't go to where this Zlatko guy was, but she somehow managed to escape and would end up in the circus either way, which led to Rudy chasing after her and in turn ending up in the circus with her.
He would then meet the person behind this, proceeding to be turned into a clown along with Jessie, who would sport jester themed clothing.
Now Rudy sported this red tomato colored clown clothing, with yellow and orange pants that were really puffy and had massive amounts of red hair that was also cotton candy, and really thick cotton candy for that matter, which could be consumed.
Now he's trying his best to find a way, any way, out of the circus that he was brought into and take Jessie back home with him.
