Welcome back to Majin Muchi May!

At long last, a comprehensive ref sheet for Muchi! It only took like… 6 and a half years? I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve commissioned that had to deal with sporadic reference images up until now XD

No major changes to the design but I have tweaked a few colors and tried to really capture the proportions I visualize for her (though the legs might still be a bit on the short side?)
Some changes worth making note of are I’ve taken a cue from Android 21 and gave Muchi’s pants a slit for her tail. Her boots are now just solid black. I always hated the original red bottom half I picked for the boots and couldn’t really find anything else I particularly loved so just went all black. I also gave her scarf a tied up portion so it makes sense as a clothing item, buuuut kept it hidden in the back so I basically never have to draw it. I’ve also officially moved away from the more angular face structure she started out with which came from a combination of DBZ style and the original commission series by Natsumemetalsonic. Her “original” form would still be angular, but with how plump she is currently it made sense to round out her face a bit.

This has been the trend for a while but I’m officially giving Muchi balls by default. I’ve been kind of leaning towards having balls in general the past couple years but mostly I just think Muchi would like having them.
