A sea witch of a cecaelia that channels magic through that huge magical shell of hers. Rumor has it, that she became this monstrous after a sister of hers got married before her.

I just like drawing and making designs like this, just so I don't get rusty.

Love your monster designs! Would love to see her in battle. Just a little bit of human in her head and torso, maybe that "hair" is kinda cute too but that monstrous eye, then you see the skull on her shell! Don't know whether to fight her or try to help her with that whole "getting married" part... !
