During an internship at a slow, rural hospital, a young receptionist is interrupted from her extremely important work by a man just on his way out. He remembers her from high school, he says, and she's looking just great! Of course, he really didn't seem to remember much until he saw her nametag (or perhaps what it was fastened to.) But her shift would be ending soon, so would she maybe be down to grab drinks, catch up and talk about the good old days?

"...I'll think about it."

A gentle yet firm rejection. Little did he know it, but he got off easy... he was not the first such fella to ask her out, not even the first today. But her usual method of rejection wasn't an option -- even with the ample space under her desk, it simply couldn't hold another wannabe charmer. Eating people in the workplace was bad for business, yes, but when Holly lost her patience the hospital would inevitably lose some patients.
