Summary: If the demand for cheese is high, maids can extract cheese from the male organisms; an example is a male inkling, seen in the image. As you can see, the extraction is the same as milking an inkling. However, the smell may reek, depending on how long the glans remained unwashed; on the plus side, it gives the cheese an intense flavor via "aging."
