Stalking through the crags of stone and coral, a Tzitzi-ya-ku named Cerulean heard something. One of her frills twitched, raising slightly at the commotion off to her side. "Agh! No!" She heard. A human? Sounded high pitched...possibly a child. "Bad meow-ster!" Ah. Palico. As she crept closer, the screaming stopped and was replaced with muffled yells. Peaking her head from behind some rocks, she saw the source of the noises.
In the clearing, a Coral Pukei Pukei had a palico wrapped head to toe in its long, plush, sticky tongue; the tip of it wrapped around half of the poor cat...mouse? thing's face, muffling its cries and pleas as the wyvern lifted them above its open jaws.
Cerulean felt a toothy smile grow across her face, a shark's grin brimming with mischief. She saw an opportunity here; one for a free meal, and a chance to fool the stupid wyvern yet again. She'd done this several times to the Pukei, who she now called Polyp due to its almost child-like naivety, and she was certain it would work again. As Polyp lowered the struggling palico into its salivating jaws, Cerulean leapt from her cover and made sure to make a show of it, screeching out before falling, extremely dramatically, and face-planting into the clearing.
She heard the struggled, muffled moans stop, and silence fill the clearing for a moment as the scene ceased, ruined by...whatever this was. With her snout buried in the stone, she could hear the confused muffled noises on the palico and the even more confused, muffled warbles of the wyvern with its tongue hanging from its mouth. They were looking at her, of course they were. Good. She grinned and her fans pulsed slightly, and after a moment she lifted her head, the dazzling fans atop her head flaring open. She made a hissing sound that sounded like what humans would call a laugh, she'd picked it up from them, before FLASH. In a fraction of a second, a light akin to the sun blazed from her crests, consuming the gloomy overcast clearing with blinding heavenly light.
Polyp roared and thrashed about, its large pupils expanding and dilating rapidly, the palico screeched out the same. She always loved it when she did this, it was always so fun watching things squirm. Especially whenever she interrupted things like this. Large monsters never expect a lowly Tzitzi to barge in and steal their meals, though so long as she was alive she'd make sure to turn the tables on them and their pride. Cerulean jumped to her feet and began to trot calmly towards the flailing wyvern, wary of its thrashing tail and beating wings. As it thrashed, the tongue unwound from the palico, dropping it to the ground with an oof. Peacefully walking by and ducking beneath the tail as it swung overhead, Cerulean gently bit on to the dazed palico and began to speed walk away.
"What the- Nyah! Let go!" She heard the palico protest, struggling blindly in her jaws as it hung by the scruff of its neck. They were so cute, and so tasty. She'd only had a few, as they were difficult to get away from their partners, though they were always so delicious. She was thoroughly pleased with her job today. Leaping over a gap in the stoney cliffs and crawling through a small tunnel, Cerulean made it to her "den". Not really her den, but certainly one of her favorite napping spots, and she was certainly going to need a nap after this. As she came to a stop on her ledge, she tilted her head up and flicked the palico into the air slightly. "Wait- What are you-" The palico asked, though was immediately silenced as she sunk to her chest in the Tzitzi's throat. Cerulean smiled as she gulped, immediately dragging the hapless cat up to its hips with a squeezing tug of her esophagus. She heard the muffled speaking within her silence for a moment as the walls squeezed down, before kicking back up again when they relaxed. This was always the most difficult part, the hips. For some reason, these cats had such wide ones. This one in particular. Gathering her strength and concentration, Cerulean closed her eyes and gulped as mightily as she could. For a moment, the cat caught in her throat, threatening to choke her with its ass before with a wet POP! it slid through and plummeted down her throat.
As the cat was scrunched and compacted into her now quite rounded stomach, Cerulean laid down, squishing the feline against the ground for a moment, listening to the muffled squeals as she applied some of her weight to the fleshy prison. The compressed cat squirmed and kicked, causing bumps to form on the surface of her stomach. She winced slightly before letting out a small burp. As much as she enjoyed the idea of letting them fight and struggle within her, it certainly didn't feel all that pleasant, and it gave her indigestion. With the excess air now out of her gut, the cat was certainly squeezed into place and held fast by the churning walls. She didn't want to crush it, she hated the sound it made, so she opted for the next best thing. Cerulean rolled onto her back, and immediately heard the muffled squeals and screams become more panicked as her heavy stomach sloshed with fluids. As she settled, throwing her head back off the ledge, she felt the squirms grow more violent as the screaming stopped, now replaced by faint gargles and burbles. That was better.
Cerulean ran a clawed hand over her stomach before stretching out. Thank you for the meal, kitty, she thought as she began to purr. Her stomach set to work as the struggles grew weaker and faded with the last few gurgles. Cerulean fell asleep to the final escaping breaths of her helpless meal and the sound of her digestion. She couldn't wait to see how nice and plump her tail was when she woke.

Neat story and lovely pic! Good detail on the swallowing and tummy, as well as how Cerulean feels.

Thank you! Gonna try to get more of Oishi's pov throughout the stories going forward, may revise some of the past ones as well (ie this one & the Paolumu story) to fit that.

Silly Titzi. That's not how you eat a Pukei. Ya gotta suck the water out of the tail first and THEN swallow it. The cat is just desert.

Cerulean tends to punch up toward large monsters, but she can't punch up THAT hard!
