Maybe Surge is like "Well since you like pregnant belly THEN you can stay in one. And I will make sure you stay for the full duration. and every time you don't call me mama your duration Lengthens"

Well, I suppose it suggests itself really: looking at the picture I had a similar thought in that if Surge really wants to mommy dommy it's a pretty effective way of doing it, and with unbirth there isn't the usual downsides to vore - the one 3 picture sequence you drew of Surge becoming fat from vore comes to mind here.
