I agree! I really wanted to include it somehow, but it was difficult the way the Contest is currently structured. This is why I'm thinking of changing things next year.

Whewf, this sure was a fun yet challenging project!

Half of me is kind of wishing I put even more time in to it, adding a background and SFX, maybe getting me a podium spot…

But the other half of me was getting less than 6 hours of sleep for the past few nights up until the deadline and is VERY GLAD it’s over!

Your entry is helping push me into thinking having Writing/Art/Animation as separate categories. I have to figure out the best way to handle prizes in that case, but I know a lot of people have asked about submitting writing in the past, and if there are people who're motivated to animate I think some great stuff can be done!

I’m glad you enjoyed it so much!

Maybe have a sort of “Best Of” system in addition to the top three? Basically if your work doesn’t get into the top three, you can still get the equivalent of a 3rd place reward, with one “Best Of” slot for each category.

Regardless, I’m sure you’ll come up with something for next year, and I would love to participate again!

Holy, Sachiho I must say you did unbelievable great animation there, especially the ghost girl looks great. Must have taking many hours to make her. Did you used assets for the two or did you made this all by yourself?

Anyway I can't give you a price but atleast a little imaginary shoulder touch for the amazing work and the hours you put into that. Much respect from me <3

Thankyooooouuu!!! Yes, it did take quite a while to make.

Yes, I made almost every asset here myself! The only one I didn't make was the flashlight, that being an asset I got from Roblox of all places. The two characters though are all original! That's why their outfits don't have many complex curves, my motor control was absolutely SHOT from birth so I can't really keep a steady hand, so I got a lot of use out of rectangles to say the least!

But thanks a bunch for the compliments! All the kind words you and the other artists have said really give me the motivation to start making my own content, so expect to see me in the gallery some time soon!
