Perhaps in the future for different works, but I pretty much consider this one done. The non-Terraria pic I also have in the works does have some internals though that I’ll try to get out tomorrow.

Might just be a coincidence, but the new version of the Voraria mod has plans to add a harpy replacement NPC by giving the nurse a sky home. The mod's still closed-beta and I haven't played it, but the discord tracks the future plans and change-log.

I'm actually in the Voraria discord and have been for a while (and its where I got the idea from after folks were posting cute harpy gals) So I'm well aware of the plans given the owner liked the concept of a harpy gobbling up the nurse and taking her place.
