Alright, haven't done a blog thing like this in rather a while. So, status update time!
Last month was kind of a mess for me, I'm afraid, but I'm planning on getting back into the streaming schedule I was trying to establish. As such, I'll be aiming to do another sketch commission stream this weekend.
Beyond that, I'm currently migrating from patreon to subscribestar, for reasons basically amounting to not wanting to put up with privacy violations. While the former was more vanilla, I want to be more adventurous with what I put out on the substar, so it'll probably have a good deal of vorish stuff, and hopefully more/more overt queer and trans theming. Also, maybe finally I'll get around to doing comics? I'll try and get an announcement set up here when I have that going.
Finally, as far as the commissions question, I'm still swamped in a way that makes taking on new ones very tricky right now. In some ways the sketch commission streams have made this less of a problem. They're a comparatively low pressure source of income, which has eased the feeling of pressure I've had for a while on having to continually take on new large projects, which has finally let me make some headway. BUT they've also added some complexity, as the mirror of this is that doing regular sketch commissions while streaming generates interest/reminds people I exist, so I've been getting a lot of commission requests... which is mainly a problem because I have a hard time saying no to people, so some complex commissions have gotten added on anyway. Oops.
Oh! and on a side note, I've been making good progress on learning blender (again, after like a year long hiatus,) so I might start doing 3D animations at some point.
E: Oh right, somehow forgot this in all the text. The stream will be on Sunday as 10AM MST, as usual.

a little less briefly, that kinda thing never really felt appropriate to me; I don't like the idea of gating access to induce people to support me. it's a decision I understand, the demands of being an artist online kinda expects all to be a bit mercenary, it's just not the way I do things

I basically had it set up for non-vore content, as implied in the post; it's not quite shut down yet, but I haven't posted anything to it in a few months either, because I've been trying to focus all my attention on clearing out my queue
