Artist block suuucks.
So I doodled a zard, but I wasnt sure which smaller 'mon I wanted him to bully! So I let my twitter followers throw some suggestions to put in a randomizer, and Minccino ended up being the unlucky victim!

When all else fails i can always fall back to tough pokemon being jerks to cutsey ones. <3
