Alexander Majesty, heir to House Majesty of the grand desert nation of Juaccai, is on the cusp of adulthood. His lessons have become more intense, his days more regimented, and his expectations ever higher. In these things, the high noble of near-royal status excelled...but that was to be expected. He was, after all, Majesty. No, the difficulty in Alexander's life comes in the role set before him: to inherit, to retain power, to sire, and to fight. Something about it didn't sit right with the young lion...too much was missing from such a picture...

This has been a long time coming. Juaccai was not fully developed when I changed my very bare understanding of Amelia into the more fully fleshed out character I wanted for Ironclaw. All I was told was that it was a cross between an Aztec and Egyptian civilization in the midst of a broad desert. I incorporated more Arabic and Northern African cultural elements in my depiction but I still feel it comes close.
Amelia Majesty was my attempt to explore what it means to be trans. The more I played her, the more I understood the label to fit me. And so, I incorporated elements of my trans journey into Amelia’s as a way of answering the question “What might’ve happened if I’d had the opportunity to realize I was trans as a teenager?” The main difference is that my family was mostly encouraging and accepting; it was everything else around me that was not. I also didn’t really have a wake-up call moment like Amelia. It was a slower burn. But…this is more impactful, I think.
