You’d think Hexside would discipline Boscha for eating fellow classmates constantly. This may be the Demon Realm, but there are rules. On the other hand, those don’t apply to star athletes like Boscha, who crushes the competition every time.
Besides, it’s not like Willow & Skara are particularly good students. Willow may be good in the Plant Track, but she failed Abominations so hard that she’ll be lucky to graduate this year. And Skara is… Skara.
So yeah, Boscha’s bully is mostly “harmless” and seem more as a quaint quirk.
