It seems that Rieka has been keeping Elizabeth with her, in her gut, for quite some time, much to Elizabeth's misfortune since neither Mizo nor the others have managed to come her aid as of now.
Meanwhile, on the outside, Rieka, who's had the princess trapped in her gut, has had a pretty stressful and annoying time having to carry this annoying blonde trapped in her gut for quite some time now.
So, the only clear solution is to smoke, helping her smoke the stress away.
However, some of the guys that Rieka has working for her think that she might be going a bit too far with smoking considering Elizabeth is trapped in her gut, which only served to piss off the wolf Anthro with the dumb comments.
Meanwhile, poor Elizabeth has to deal with the intense scent of smoke as she's trapped in her fleshy prison.
