Emma was disappointed, but she would be lying if she didn't expect this. Date nights always had a habit of ending this way. They'd have a fun evening out or at home, and then if they were in the mood, they'd get a little more intimate. Yet Seth always got a little too excited about her own idea of intimacy. And so the night would come to a close with one of them in the other's belly. Emma got the short straw tonight it seemed. Especially since it was already sweltering outside. Maybe next time, she should wear a bittering agent like perfume. That might encourage Seth to not get any funny ideas.
