I like X-ray pics in vore, so I like this picture too. Since the prey's skeleton is still intact, that means the prey isn't too digested yet, but it doesn't mean that she is still alive.

They said she has a ticket and would stay solid until they land, so I assumed she was both living and intended to be let out later, just in there for.... easier transport or something. Food doesn't usually require an extra ticket, regardless of it it was a living human or not.

My own interpretation is that they were waiting for their flight to board when the pred got peckish. The "solid enough" line implies to me that she fully intends to digest her meal.
