Completely forgot that THIS was the last pic I did for that Anonymous guy from the previous Patreon post.
I did this in February, like four days before it was closed down.
Anyway, Rat King from that one Marvel comic, but the Disney Show.
I think the show was done by the artists and animators from Rise of the TMNT, so he looks like a tall cousin of Master Splinter. lol
