I actually really like this idea a lot. I think it would work great for Cleavage vore or belly pet. Yep, there is no going back. She's not Jess anymore. Jess has limited control over Carol's boobs, being able to make them jiggle and lactate but that is about it, Carol is in control. Or maybe Jess' emotions/feelings could influence Carol in some way? That could be interesting.
