I'm thinking about trying to run a tournament-type game, sort of like what UltimaSlash was going to do in the past, but simpler.
I'd choose up to 11 different characters out of what people send to me (plus my own character), match them up randomly in fights, and let the community vote on who wins. Some possible ways this could work would be 8 characters, 4 fights in first round, then 2, and then the final match. Or break it down 10, 5, 2 + 1 randomly chosen to advance to the next round, and so on. The winner of each round will have the option of drawing a picture where their character is victorious, but this is not necessary.
