"I am, as a Golden Elf myself, well aware of the challenge navigating a world so different of our home planet Elviana can be, but I have to insist that you don't only have to exert self-control on your appetite, but also on your moves.
Indeed, remember that an average female Golden Elf is a 2.5 meters (8.2 feet), 300 kg (600 pounds) being with an ability to easily run to speeds up to 50km/h (31mph) or above, and so can inflict on an unlucky human more than 5 times the impact force an average american football player running at full speed, which is amongst the highest human-on-human impact forces known.
In order to prevent injuries that can be fatal, the "Ttrucilians Office of Alien Relations" instruct any visiting Golden Elf to avoid running without absolute necessity, and to look down when moving, as most humans height is below 1.8 meters, or in other terms, will not even reach your navel.
From the outside, at least."
From "Welcome to Earth! Don't Kill and Destroy everything, please! An eductative program to help Golden Elves navigate Earth and human societies", presented by Chidikarella Bliiss.
published by the Ttrucilian Ambassy on Earth public relation service.
Author's Note : A little one for today!
Just a sexy Golden Elf being a menace for the common man without even being hungry...

Damn, Goldies are really tall when putting them next to humans that are outside of their bellies ^^
I love the mass upload you are doing these days ^^

I have a lot of project that are just "en souffrance" as we say in French (basically it mean "in waiting for a very long time"), so I decided to finish as many of them as possible before to start new ones ^^
BTW, fact about the golden elves : by being only like around 2.2 meters high, Lyria Shkubabee is considered "petite" by Goldies standard :-P

Petite girls are cute, especially Goldies ^^
I hope some of the unfinished ideas are the ones I sent a while ago, would be very cool but of course, no pressure.
Also what would a shortstack Goldie look like?

Impulse is not the real danger in a collision, it's the acceleration forces, and these can be compensated for with crumple zones, of which the Goldies have plenty, but unfortunately not at the necessary height level.
Being able to run 50 km/h means her knees move forward at max. 100 km/h. That's about half the speed of the fastest kicks of the best martial artists, but with at least 8 times the mass, so the energy would be at least twice.

For obvious reasons we see golden elf women. But where are the golden elf men? Are they even a bi-gender species? Quick glance at your worldbuiding stuff seems to yield no answers.

There are male Golden Elf, and I did a drawing of a Golden Elf couple some times ago I think I should upload, but it need just some work. I'll anyway already send it to you with a PM ^^
Let say that, now that I look at that drawing, I would describe the standard appearance of Golden Elf men as "Link-ish" (as Link from Legend of Zelda).

I can easily imagine some scenarios involving beach volleyball and all the jumping spikes and landing.

Simple size difference/mini giantess scenarios can be all you need sometimes. Can't wait to see her more in the future. She's an absolute unit.
