For those who don't know: "Grizzly Bears" was a 2/2 green creature for two green mana that was SO ICONIC that sometimes people call a 2/2 creature that has no effect and costs 2 mana a "Bears"
Allard is talking about the flavor text of the Grizzly Bears, which was literally the description Strega used here. Just substitute "Noodle" for "Bears"
I only just heard about those things from another comment. To my mind long noodle creatures make neat preds due to the presumed length of their stomach and the possible neat bulge.
