Remember how I said those who buy the CD get certain special updated material?

Awesome work, I remember you from a lllooonnnggg time ago, glad I found you again. That's a good question, is it alright to do work of others as commissions? I think it is alright but don't know myself.

Tried to find you at Anthro, had a security program for ya, wanted a copy of yer disc... E-mail me, hmm? As to legalities of copyright and money-making, the law has been made fuzzier recently. First off, ya gotta prove he claimed it was the actual character BY NAME and EXACT imitation in detail to prove an infraction. Second, if it's merely close with no name usage, parody or satire is more than adequate for getting by. Third, to get damages and/or stop publication, you must prove intent to damage reputation, which is difficult without spending a huge amount of time and money. Trust me, I do a LOT of parody work commercially, and keep up on this nonsense. There are darn near weekly bri... uh, campaign contributions, which cause new tweaks to copyright and patent law as various corporations seek advantages. (See Disney; the Dark Empire! Well the thing is... I am not selling the Bunnie images. This is a series I did for a friend. Normally I would not show certain private stuff. But I DO for people who cared enough to buy the CD as a sign of gratitude towards them. :)
