I don't know the character or the series she appears in, but when I saw Sailor Moon in some hentai pictures and -movies, I was smitten. She's sooo cute! Omega drew this on my request, and I love how it turned out. :-)

She's from the anime series titled after her, "Sailor Moon" It's a rather blah series personally, but the main characters are all late teen females, and thus prime candidates for the perverse minds of all who view anime.
And they do make scrumptious looking snacks, don't they ^_^

Good colour work. Some minor notes. Her eyes are purple in all the reffrences I came across, and the gems on the "buns" on her head are red. Oddly the artist who created the characters draws her and the core group members all with white pupils. Kinda like a certain buxxom cervid. heh-heh.
I see you spotted and fixed a mistake I made with a tooth showing where her wing would be obscuring it.
