This griffon is much, much bigger than the one Hialfi tied up with bolas and ate way back when. Also, it's a she, and somehow Hialfi talked her into a brief fling. However, it seems that in his eagerness he didn't quite get around to explaining that whole "copulatory tie" fox/canine thing....
This has been sitting in my old sketchbook for a while and I decided to color it. It features my first "Danza tree" which needs a lot more leaves but otherwise looks OK to me. (Danza posted a mini-tutorial on how to do trees recently.)

I don't tend to draw my pred characters as prey, so no, he won't get eaten, but he might get the stuffing beaten out of him. 83

I've decided that future drawings of Hialfi will have a slight change or two to remind him that it's a bad idea to take advantage of strong females without letting them know about the knot issue. 83
