Just the first (hopefully of three pages of) sketches based on an RP between Thera and KlinKitty's Leandra.
Testing out some watercolor techniques that are... meh. I might come back and clean this up, but I owe a lot of people art!

Oodles! Actually, Thera-of-an-alternate-reality ran into a few other Klin-powered characters after that, and I have a hard time deciding which was the most fun.

Ooh! Excellent job. You know, you are probably the first one ever to make a zebra character around here. Anyway, keep up the good work please. =3

I really like the contrast between the two characters. Thera is a nicely rounded zebra with full haunches and meaty thighs and rounded breasts *drool!*. Leandra is a lean pred; you can see her ribs against her belly. Looks like it's been a long time she's last feasted; that's about to change! Thera is oblivious, smiling and stretching, doing calisthenics perhaps? I can't figure out if she just hasn't noticed Leandra, or if she's just too thick to realize it's a bad idea for a zebra to show herself off in front of a hungry lioness! Meanwhile Leandra grins and crouches, a hungry pred who's just found her dinner! Then Thera is stretching backwards, all that lovely meat on full display, and Leandra is all open maw and outstretched claws! Then she has her! It's the classic position of a pred over her prey. Thera's smile is gone, she's crouched tense with a look of fear as she peers back, while Thera's dominant position and bite leave no ambiguity in her message; you're supper!

Thera was too busy gloating over winning the race she'd just won to realize she'd taken a wrong turn! Too bad for her... (though if I get a chance to draw the next page, she earns a little bit of a respite!)

Hehehehee. Ahhhh that's helpful. Is there a link to the record of the rp?
And who was she racing against? Leandra? Or did she lose her racing partner entirely when she took that wrong turn?

Mmmmmmm, yummy! It was worth reading for both your parts, thank you! I know from experience what a chore it can be to take something from a long and clean it up.
I may be repeating myself, but I really like how this drawing conveys contrasting emotion. You can almost hear the theme of "We are the champions" as Thera preens and poses, unwittingly showing herself off to the hidden pred; it makes her submissive comeuppance in the last panel where she's taken all the more powerful.
