I really do love this piece. There is something about that final (substantive) scene---the crystals sliding along the tail... powerful stuff. Also, I'd forgotten to favourite it! Fix'd.

Thank you ^^ I'm curious about what happens to a person's soul when she consumes them, mainly, but hearing how such a dark and lovely Goddess was created would be wonderful!

Okay, you have picked good timing to be persistent in poking me for a bio on her. I think I may just have to write one up today/tomorrow because of some things going on IRL helping to flesh out her story.
As far as souls she devours...
Souls are to her what food is to us: she consumes them and then incorporates them into herself, making their individuality a part of her own. Though by now her individuality is so deep no mere human's presence can seriously impact her personality or nature.

Right after this exchange between us my online world got turned upside down by a surprise relationship, which has now gone away just as quickly, so... I guess I'll poke at the bio I started just because of your question ^^
