I'm not sure what it is, but there's something about this pose that really clicks with me. It's something I've never really been able to put my finger on, but it feels especially like there's something in there...
I'm not sure how to word it. But I notice often same size vore drawings will have the bulge feel like something they're wearing up front, where this actually feels like she has something inside her.
If I had to guess, it's the continuity between the curve of her upper belly and the rest of her torso. Rather than extending outward from beneath the ribs (as if her skin were vacuum-packed onto the rest of her), it's... eh... words suddenly fail me. A smoother, more organic shape. Perhaps?

That's probably one factor. The entirety of the torso is altered to accommodate its contents. That's the overall impression.
