Yeah unfortunately it tends to be alot of work to insert and animate each frame. And I actually ended up doing this cause I was to tired to full out draw. This ended up being made out what energy I had on hand, lol.
Can pretty much say no right off the bat ^_^:. I'm pretty busy at the moment, and trying to refine it would probably be a.... well, 30 frame or so thing, at about an hour or two per frame. 3-4 day off worth of work. I recently bought flash... but haven't gotten the chance to learn it yet.

Nice, she does look googly eyed, as though she's been hypnotized. It's a little fast; I'd enjoy seeing it slowed down.

Anytime someone tries out animation and it works is a good sign. Sharue is probably pretty pleased with the chest size I'll bet.
