For some reason I imagined a PSA like those "donate to a starving child" ones with some lady in a suit going "this is Timmy... His parents were eaten by a human who forgot to check their salad, but for just 5 cents a day we can boost awareness for food checking"

So your race of Lilliputians are a tenth of the size of a regular person; that's about 1.2 times larger than the ones Gulliver encountered. =)
