May I be of assistance ? What is your problem ? Flash doesn't work ? You only have access to a mobile device ? Flash is easy to set up. Please, let me get you going with Flash, if you want.

I only have access to mobile. There is no flash for Android 4.3 Not that I've found anyway.

Hey, welcome.
Unless you have an old Android version, this should work :
I have an Android too and I use the app "Photon Browser" for displaying SWF's like the one on this page.

You can also search the application store for apps that play Flash or SWF's, there are quite a few. But I think Photon is the only one that stays free and works well. It lags a little bit with this Flash up here but that's only because it's a large file. It still works. I tried "Puffin Browser" and it just crashes and it has a trial limit for Flash support, so... try Photon Browser and tell me if it works. I just tested it with updated 4.3 Android.

because I didn't find solutions for Apple device users :/ Otherwise, Flash should work on Chrome on a Mac, if you didn't refer to a mobile Apple device :p

I wish my iPad was comparable with flash because there are so many animations on eka's that I wish to watch like this one. *sigh*

Damn, I was about to recommend you the Photon Browser, but it seems it's free only on Android. On my iPod there is only a paid-for version. Flash does work on Apple devices, but it's not as easy as before. I would recommend you the Puffin Browser which I used for a long time on my iPod Touch, but the new version I tried just now is broken... Sorry mate. :( I'll maybe try to render these pages as Gifs one more time... last time I tried it didn't work... =(
