That's quite a striking pose. By her stance, I would guess she issuing an attack order, but I really don't know enough about the Royal Manticoran Navy to make any accurate guesses. T^T

The character she's dressed like isn't a "ruler" either, though she did amass a sizable list of titles over the course of her service with the Royal Manticoran Navy.
