I have this weird thought that Tina is some kind of grave keeper lady that basically is the reason all of the artists characters keep coming back on this endless loop and is the living manifestation of all their continuous deaths.

It may not be far from the truth. If I recall, she's got a skull belt buckle and is a Wiccan... might be more to her than she seems.
